Michael in Connecticut said... We had a custom shaped foam back poster made. The staff was communicative during the process and altered delivery dates to coincide with our request. They were extremely hands on helpful in that regard. The production took a little longer than was originally planned - but the final product was superb. Clear, vibrant and incredibly colorful. As a very odd size need we had to manipulate the picture within the excellent tools provided to generate the picture we wanted. PosterBurner did a great job.

What size file do I need to make a custom poster?

With our lossless photo enlargement process we can make almost any size image look great when its its made into a photo poster and we accept all filetypes, including jpeg gif png tiff psd ai doc ppt zip xls and many more!
When will my custom poster print arrive?

Most posters are printed and shipped within 2 or 3 business days of the order (expedited services are available for urgent orders).

You can track the status of every order at PosterBurner through our order tracking page which gives accurate information on the status of your poster orders.
What resolution does my file need to be to make a great print?

Moderately high-res images (anything above 72ppi with a resolution around 1000px x 1000px) make the best posters, but smaller images work well too. We use an artificial intelligence based super resolution filter to get the clearest possible picture when we create posters. Plus we review the quality of each file and will contact you before printing if the resolution is not high enough.
